Second Generation (1963-1968)

This bus was purchased from Red and tan Lines, New Jersey. I had it for several years and it was a good bus in that I never did much to it, except general maintenance.

This was a second generation fishbowl, 96 inches wide and 40 feet long, signel door with a 6V71 Detroit Diesel and a manual 4 speed transmission. Not many of these were built with stick shift transmissions. I picked this bus for the Fun Fleet because it was so unusual. Not many transits were built with stick shift transmissions and a single door with hi-back American seats.
